Minnesota Valley Refuge Friends is a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization that receives its operational funding from its members. Donations received from the general public or members may be designated by the donor to a particular program or to the general fund for discretionary use.

The overwhelming job of helping all of the kids who need help developing a connection with nature seems impossible until one considers it is enough to help just one child at a time. Connecting children with nature and overcoming nature deficit disorder can improve their mental, physical, and emotional health and increase their success in school. If many people cooperate, together we can make a difference.

Please donate what you can. Just $15 will send one student to the Refuge 3 times during a school year.
